Bidirectional converter between YAML configuration and JSON data.
Convert CSV data into YAML format.
Convert YAML data into structured XML.
Convert JSON arrays or nested objects to formatted CSV with flat headers.
Format and align CSV columns with consistent delimiters and quoting.
Beautify and format YAML documents with standardized indentation.
YAML is good for authoring configuration and bad for reviewing it in bulk. When you need to see a hundred entries side by side, compare them, or hand them to someone who works in a spreadsheet, CSV is the format that actually helps. This converter takes a YAML sequence of records and turns it into a table: keys become column headers, each list item becomes a row, and nested values are flattened into their own columns so nothing is silently dropped. Records that are missing a field still get an empty cell, keeping the table rectangular so Excel and Google Sheets import it cleanly. Values containing commas, quotes, or newlines are escaped to CSV rules. Paste the YAML and copy the table. It runs in your browser, so internal configuration never leaves your machine.
A sequence of mappings — a list where each item has the same sort of keys. That is the structure that maps naturally onto rows and columns.
They are flattened into their own columns using the key path, so nested data is preserved rather than dropped or stringified into one cell.
Every key seen anywhere becomes a column, and records missing it get an empty cell. This keeps the table rectangular so spreadsheet importers accept it.
Values containing commas, quotes, or line breaks are wrapped in quotes and escaped following CSV rules, so the row structure is preserved.
A single mapping produces one row. For a meaningful table you generally want a sequence of records, since CSV is inherently row-oriented.
No. Conversion happens entirely in your browser and the document is never transmitted or stored.
